How to protect your dog’s rest and naps

Adult dogs sleep a lot: protect naps and nights from constant stimulation.

  1. 1

A zone without peak noise. Loud TV, visitors, and kids on top of them break sleep. Defend blocks of quiet.

  2. 2

After the peak, a nap. After a walk or intense play, guide them to the safe corner. Their body needs to wind down.

  3. 3

A predictable night. Same time for the last outing and lights out. The ritual signals “the day is over.”
